David James Sicotte, 31, of Three Forks pleaded not guilty Wednesday to felony assault with a weapon and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, the Bozeman (Mont.) Daily Chronicle reported Monday.
Sicotte, who was released after posting $15,000 bond, allegedly entered the party uninvited, pushed the mother of the groom to the ground and began fighting with the groom.
Sicotte's sister said she slapped him in the face and he responded by hitting her in the face with the wrench.
District Court Judge John Brown said a trial date will be set.
