James, who was married to Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock for five years, got engaged to LA Ink star Kat Von D last month. While they initially denied they were an item and said they were just longtime friends, Von D, 28, and James, 41, began dating last summer after James' divorce from Bullock was finalized.
James and Bullock finalized their divorce in June -- only three months after James was first accused of having an 11-month affair with tattoo model Michelle "Bombshell" McGee while Bullock was in Atlanta filming The Blind Side, for which she won the Oscar for Best Actress.
