HGTV has announced the network has renewed Beach Hunters, Lakefront Bargain Hunt and Lakefront Bargain Hunt Renovation.

The network has ordered more than 50 new episodes of these series which are slated to air in 2018.

"HGTV's fantasy lifestyle programming works so well because it attracts viewers who aspire to one day own an idyllic vacation home and that's pretty much all of us," executive John Feld said in a statement.

Beach Hunters features buyers traveling to seaside destinations to find their dream homes on the sand. The show is being picked up for a second season.

In Lakefront Bargain Hunt, people are looking to purchase budget-friendly waterfront homes in lakeside towns. The series will be coming back with its seventh season.

And Lakefront Bargain Hunt Renovation follows families as they search for a fixer upper by the lake and transform it into their perfect getaway place. The spinoff will return to HGTV with its second season.
