The former The Bachelorette star -- who met husband Joe Waterman on a blind date in February 2008 and tied the knot in May 2009 --gave birth to Mae Elizabeth Waterman, her first child, on Saturday, Us Weekly reported.

"She was 7-pounds even at 20 inches," Schefft told Us on Monday. "She and her mommy are home now and doing great!"

According to Us, the Chicago public relations executive and her husband, a trader, decorated their newborn's nursery in an "Alice In Wonderland" theme in October.

"There are stenciled flowers, a teapot on the table and even the lights are colored with moss," Schefft said.

The room is reportedly filled with shabby-chic furniture -- including a $1,200 iron crib from PoshTots.

"It's the nicest room in the house!" Schefft added.

Schefft first appeared on The Bachelor's 2003 third-season, where Andrew Firestone proposed to her during the finale. However, the couple split in December 2003 after dating only a few months.

Schefft went on to star in The Bachelorette's third season two years later, but rejected marriage proposals from both of her final two bachelor suitors during the season's final Rose Ceremony.
