Former Skating with Celebrities pair Lloyd Eisler and Kristy Swanson claim his marriage to ex-wife Marcia O'Brien was already on the rocks when the two began a romantic relationship during filming, however one of the show's judges apparently feels that wasn't the case.

"The bottom line in my view is that [Swanson] is nothing but a homewrecker and a liar," Skating with Celebrities judge Mark Lund told In Touch Weekly in the magazine's July 23 issue.

Swanson and Eisler were paired together by Fox for Skating with Celebrities in the summer of 2005.  The pre-taped reality competition series premiered in January 2006, and one month later a then-pregnant O'Brien blamed an affair between Eisler and Swanson for breaking up their marriage.  Eisler has denied that his relationship with Swanson began before he and O'Brien separated.

"Why would Marcia come to practices and performances if the marriage was over?" Lund openly wondered to In Touch, while adding he believes Eisler and Swanson's romantic relationship began in September 2005.

Figure-skating journalist Lois Elfman -- who spent time on the Skating with Celebrities set -- told In Touch she also agreed with Lund's belief that Swanson knew O'Brien and Eisler were still together.

"Just before production began, Lloyd changed his email address to include both his and Marcia's names," Elfman told In Touch.  "I would think that Kristy would know that Lloyd was still with his wife."

Eisler divorced O'Brien in November 2006 and currently lives in Los Angeles with Swanson, who gave birth to Magnus Hart Stewart, the couple's first child together, in mid-February.

However the drama didn't end there --last month, Swanson was arrested for allegedly assaulting O'Brien.  She was released from a Kingston, Ontario jail on $500 bail after being taken to a Canadian police station following a complaint issued by O'Brien.

Swanson subsequently filed a counter complaint that claimed O'Brien was the one who attacked her, however Swanson reportedly remains the only one of the two women to be formally charged.  A hearing on the assault charge pending against Swanson is scheduled for July 31.
