The Discovery Channel has signed a series called "Most Evil" that examines violent crimes and the people who commit them.

The show will examine violent acts using the Stone Scale, developed by forensic psychiatrist Dr. Michael Stone of Columbia University.
The scale used in the judicial system helps explain the difference in the underlying psychology between crimes, the Reporter said.
"Evil" will feature profiles illustrating the different gradations on the scale and spotlight scientific research in the area.
