The deal will make more than 150 CBS Radio stations accessible through the AOL network, The Hollywood Reporter reported Saturday.
Stations to be made available reportedly include sports talk station WFAN and news-based 1010 WINS of New York, KLSX and KROQ of Los Angeles, and WXRT of Chicago.
CBS Radio is expected to market advertising for at least 200 AOL stations, the report said.
It is reported the two companies said they would work together to form a new media player and finish the development of Mac computer support.
