South Korean rapper RM appears on a new remix from Fall Out Boy.
The 23-year-old BTS member collaborated with the American rock group on a revamped version of the band's single "Champion."
Fall Out Boy announced the news on its official Twitter page Thursday ahead of the song's release at midnight.
"SURPRISE! New RM Champion remix out everywhere Friday at midnight @BTS_twt #RMxFallOutBoy," the group wrote.
"RM of @BTS_twt dropping some [fire] with this remix of Champion, out everywhere today," the band later added.
RM said on the BTS official Twitter that it was "so great" to work with Fall Out Boy. The original version of "Champion" appears on Fall Out Boy's forthcoming album Mania, which debuts Jan. 19.
RM last released the EP Love Yourself 'Her' with BTS in September. The K-pop group has gained significant international exposure this year, and will perform Dec. 31 on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve.
