The former Survivor: Cook Islands winner and his wife Sophie Tan welcomed their second daughter into the world in Castro Valley, CA, on Monday, People reported.

"Kaylin weighed in at over 8 pounds, most of which I'm convinced is made up of baby poop," Kwon reportedly announced to his friends, adding that his two-year-old daughter Genevie "is delighted with her new role as Big Sis, although I don't think it's hit her yet that she's no longer the center of the universe."

With a wife and two little girls in his household now, Kwon also admitted he's "slowly coming to grips with the fact that the rest of my life will be dominated by strong-willed women!"

Kwon -- who was named one of People's Sexiest Men Alive in 2006 -- and Yan got engaged in April 2008 and then wed in April of the following year.

The pair met in December 2006, the same month Kwon defeated Ozzy Lusth and Becky Lee to win Survivor: Cook Islands' $1 million prize.
