Tori Spelling admits in her new book that she does worry that husband Dean McDermott might cheat on her, however she added those fears need to be taken "in context."

"You have to deal with that with women all the time. It happens. We get jealous. We are who we are."
Spelling admitted her infidelity fears in her new book "Uncharted terriTORI," however she said published excerpts from the book have made her concerns seem worse than they really are.
"When they take it out of context and just say, 'I think my husband's going to cheat on me,' it sounds a little different," she explained.
Seacrest subsequently asked Spelling if McDermott ever gets jealous of her.
"He really doesn't get jealous," she answered.
"Doesn't that frustrate you?" asked Seacrest.
"A little bit. I feel like an oddball being jealous all the time," she replied. "He'll say, 'Oh guys think you're hot,' stuff like that. But he doesn't think when I'm out with a friend that I'm out cheating on him."
The Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood star renewed their wedding vows last month in a ceremony at a private home overlooking Beverly Hills.
The renewal came after commercials promoting the Oxygen reality series' third-season premiere showed Spelling stating that she felt McDermott had become "more and more unhappy and angry" and that she missed the way he used to be.
The clip led to talk that the couple was on the verge of divorcing, which Spelling subsequently denied.
In her book, Spelling cited the fact that the couple's relationship began when they were each married to other people -- she to Charlie Shanian, he to Mary Jo Eustace -- and met on the set of Mind Over Murder, a 2006 Lifetime film, as the reason for her concern.

"Given our history, I often get worried that Dean is going to cheat on me. If the phone rings and it's a girl's voice I have to ask if he's having an affair," she wrote.
"Dean has never been anything but devoted, and he tells me over and over again that he would never do that. Deep down I believe him. But I can't stop myself. For some reason I'm compelled to accuse him of cheating."
