Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott are reportedly leading separate lives in light of recent reports McDermott had cheated on her last month while away on business.

"They recently moved to a new house together," a source told E! News. "But since the cheating scandal, Dean hasn't been seen at the house very much. Right now he hasn't been there in several days."

During the weekend of December 7, McDermott was in Toronto as part of a press tour to promote the new reality show Chopped Canada for which he'll serve as host. While away, McDermott allegedly had sex with a woman named Emily Goodhand, who revealed the details to Us Weekly.

"He told me he and Tori had a sexless marriage. I believed him," Goodhand, 28, told Us, adding that they "absolutely" used protection when hooking up.

"He was romantic and very complimentary... I'm sorry. I f-cked up."

Since then, Spelling has seemingly distracted the media from her marriage issues with photos of a new puppy and fun family dinners with her four children and close friends.

"Tori is wearing her wedding ring but it looks like things are very strained. She has had her friend Mehran [Farhat] staying with her and is leaning on him for support. She's trying to keep things together for her kids and is putting on a happy face," the source explained.

"She's acting as normal as she can and sticking to the same consistent routine. She definitely doesn't want her kids to be affect by what's going on."

While the E! News source claims the Tori & Dean stars are currently living separate lives, a friend of Spelling's recently told People the couple has "always been adamant about staying together. I don't think they feel divorce is an option."

"If this story is true, it would be hard for her to admit," added the friend.

"She's very dependent on Dean and the whole life they've created together. She's an incredibly loyal person, and she's not someone who gives up easily. Despite their struggles, he's always been her knight in shining armor. And he'll fight hard for her. They'll think very hard before making any decisions about their future as a couple."

Both Spelling and McDermott have yet to comment on the cheating rumors since they first surfaced several weeks ago.

McDermott and Spelling have been married for seven years. They met on a movie set in 2005 but both individuals were married to other people at the time. After a three-week affair, they left their spouses and wed in May 2006. Because of the way the pair's relationship began, Spelling has always reportedly feared McDermott would be unfaithful to her.

The couple has four children together: Liam, 6, Stella, 5, Hattie, 2, and Finn, 15 months. McDermott also has a 15-year-old son Jack from a previous marriage.
