Bravo has revealed the identities of the 21 chefs who will be competing on Top Chef: Seattle and announced the tenth Top Chef edition will premiere Wednesday, November 7 at 10PM ET/PT.

Top Chef: Seattle -- which Bravo is billing as the tenth anniversary of Top Chef -- will "go back to the basics" and feature difficult weekly culinary challenges in which the "chef'testants" will compete to "out-flavor, out-cook and out-do" their competitors, according to the network. 

Padma Lakshmi will reprise her role as host for Top Chef: Seattle, while head judge and chef Tom Colicchio and judge Gail Simmons will also return for the reality culinary franchise's tenth season. Chef and restaurateur Emeril Lagasse and chef Hugh Acheson -- who joined the show as new judges last season for Top Chef: Texas -- will also be be part of Top Chef: Seattle's judging panel.

In addition to the four returning judges, Top Chef: Seattle will add famed chef and restaurant mogul Wolfgang Puck as a fifth judge.

The winning chef will receive $125,000, a feature in Food and Wine magazine, a showcase at the Annual Food and Wine Classic in Aspen, and earn the title of "Top Chef."

The 21 contestants competing on Top Chef: Seattle are:

- Tina Bourbeau, a 42-year-old from New York, NY

- Chrissy Camba, a 30-year-old from Chicago, IL

- Stephanie Cmar, a 27-year-old from Boston, MA

- Micah Fields, a 28-year-old from Los Angeles, CA

- Eliza Gavin, a 38-year-old from Telluride, CO

- Anthony Gray, a 35-year-old from Macon, GA

- Jeffrey Jew, a 34-year-old from Washington, DC

- Gina Keatley, a 32-year-old from New York, NY

- Kristen Kish, a 28-year-old from Boston, MA

- Danyele McPherson, a 31-year-old from Dallas, TX

- Daniel O'Brien, a 32-year-old from Washington, DC

- Carla Pellegrino, a 43-year-old from Las Vegas, NV

- Jorel Pierce, a 28-year-old from Denver, CO

- Sheldon Simeon, a 30-year-old from Lahaina, HI

- John Tesar, a 54-year-old from Dallas, TX

- Joshua Valentine, a 32-year-old from Oklahoma City, OK

- Bart Vandaele, a 41-year-old from Washington, DC

- Tyler Wiard, a 41-year-old from Denver, CO
