Bravo has announced the 15 cheftestants who will be competing on Top Chef's 23rd season, which will premiere Monday, March 9 at 9PM ET/PT.

Beginning on Monday, March 16, the series will move to its regular timeslot at 9:30PM ET/PT with episodes available the next day on Peacock.

All episodes of Season 23 will be supersized to 75 minutes.

For the first time in the show's history, the cheftestants include life partners who co-own a restaurant and a pair of competitive identical twin brothers vying to be named the next "Top Chef."

Season 23 will be centered in the culinary hub of Charlotte, NC, with several episodes taking place in Greenville, SC.

"The 15 chefs must showcase their culinary expertise, originality, and endurance as they face off in pressure-filled challenges showcasing the regional history, diverse cultural flavors, and rich agricultural bounty across the Carolinas," according to the network.

As previously announced, Kristen Kish will serve as the host with Tom Colicchio and Gail Simmons serving as judges. Tom has been dubbed the head judge.

Fans will be able to view the premiere episode early beginning on Tuesday, March 3 on Peacock, Bravo's YouTube channel and VOD.

Throughout the competition, chefs will have the chance to win immunity, advantages, and cash prizes with more than $150,000 in total up for grabs.

The winner of Top Chef will receive $250,000, a feature in Food & Wine magazine, and an appearance at the annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen.

The "Top Chef" will also headline his or her own exclusive dinner at the James Beard House in New York, and have the opportunity to present at The James Beard Restaurant and Chef Awards in Chicago.

The season will begin with the first Quickfire at the Charlotte Motor Speedway, featuring NASCAR legends Jimmie Johnson and Kyle Busch.
