Fashion guru Tim Gunn is assuring Project Runway aficionados that the show's upcoming fifth-season will keep them guessing and make their blood boil.

"[Fans] are going to get mad -- early! There are some big surprises," Gunn told People in a Tuesday report.  "Favorites won't be there anymore, and I can only imagine how the blogs are going to explode over some of the challenge winners."

Project Runway's fifth season -- which is expected to be the last installment of the reality series to air on Bravo -- will premiere tomorrow night at 9PM ET/PT.

In April, Lifetime Networks and Project Runway's Weinstein Company production company announced an unexpected five-year deal to bring cable's top-rated reality show to Lifetime beginning with its sixth season, which the women's network announced would debut in November 2008.   Bravo's NBC Universal parent company immediately filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit in New York Supreme Court to prevent the move, however the case has yet to make much progress.  A court hearing on the matter is reportedly scheduled for later this month.

However before Bravo's flagship series makes the move to Lifetime, Gunn said it will go out with a bang.

"It's a real roller coaster," he told People.  "We say that each season has a different DNA and boy, is that true."
