The Voice advanced six talented artists from the Blind Auditions, including Cali Wilson and Preston C. Howell, during Tuesday night's one-hour Season 17 broadcast on NBC.

The Voice coaches Gwen Stefani, Kelly Clarkson, Blake Shelton, and John Legend continued selecting members for their teams on Tuesday night, and the following artists were chosen: Cali, Preston, Injoy Fountain, Jordan Chase, twins Dane & Stephanie, and James Violet.

The Voice broadcast began where Monday night's episode had left off, with artist Cali, a 28-year-old from Salem, IA, trying to choose a coach after singing "Dreams" for a spot on the show.

John, Blake and Gwen had all turned their chairs around. John appreciated the low notes in her performance, and Gwen was moved and lost in her heart. Blake tried to relate to where Cali is from, but Kelly joked around that he was drunk.

In the end, John and Gwen were shocked to discover Cali wanted to be on Blake's team.

Injoy, a 29-year-old from Wichita, KS, then took the stage with "7 Rings," and both Kelly and Gwen turned around for her.

Gwen complimented Injoy's bold choice of song and interest in mashup styles, and Kelly could tell the artist is living her best life. Kelly gushed about how her performance was "so good."

Injoy ultimately selected Kelly as her coach on The Voice, and Kelly was thrilled because she thought the artist was strong.

Jordan, a 19-year-old from Pensacola, FL, performed "Makin' Me Look Good Again" for his Blind Audition and prompted Blake to turn around, as well as Gwen at the last second.

Gwen laughed about how Jordan is so young but has "a man voice." Blake told Jordan he has "a sandpaper voice" along with range, accuracy and quickness.

"Me fighting for you, I'm probably going to pay for this later. That's how much I love you," Blake said.

"No cuddles for Blakey," Kelly joked.

"That's right," Blake admitted. "So I'm just saying, I'm laying [the cards] out there for you."

But Gwen said Jordan's voice sounded honest and natural and she was drawn to his God-given voice. Gwen said she's known for switching up genres and putting them in a blender to mix things up.

Jordan picked Blake as his coach, and Blake acknowledged he's already way ahead of his time.

Dane & Stephanie, 21-year-old twins from Bloomfield, NJ, sang "Angela" together onstage.

Both John and Blake pressed their buttons for the duo. John said their blend was "gorgeous" and he loved the idea of arranging multiple vocals together. While John had never worked with a duo before on The Voice, he was excited to do that.

Blake said he hasn't arranged multiple voices before but he has "won The Voice six times."

With that being said, Dane and Stephanie opted to join "Team Legend," seemingly because he's a master vocalist and musician that could help them come up with songs to perform.

Next up was James, a 20-year-old from Syracuse, UT, who performed "Sweet Creature" for the coaches.

Kelly turned her chair early on, and then Blake and Gwen joined her later.

"I was this close to not even having to fight!" Kelly yelled.

Gwen said his voice was soothing, emotional and relaxed. She could tell he's a songwriter and insisted she'd like to hear him on a record. Gwen said she could understand where his heart was.

Kelly knew "Sweet Creature" is by Harry Styles when Gwen didn't, and she said his sound had a nice-glass-of-wine vibe. She gushed about loving him and wanting him to pick her.

Blake basically yelled at the artist to pick him as his coach, but then he decided to join "Team Gwen."

Preston C. Howell, a 14-year-old from Miami, FL, closed out the show by performing "Dream A Little Dream Of Me" with his cool, crooner sound.

All four coaches were interested in grabbing the artist for their teams, especially when they learned how old he is.

Preston said he loves jazzy music, like Michael Buble. Kelly called him "a class act" and loved how he didn't imitate the original artist. She said originality will take him far on the show, and "possibly to the finale."

After Gwen tried to block John from winning over the artist and sang to Preston, John commended Preston on such "an audacious undertaking."

Blake called Preston's voice "timeless" and said he was born with that gift, not very long ago. Blake added that he's recorded with Michael before and they are friends, but Kelly argued she has Michael's number as well.

"I'm such a fan. I love your genre. Please pick me," Kelly noted.

Preston ended up picking John as his coach.

Jordan McCullough, a 20-year-old from Murfreesboro, TN, also took the stage during the broadcast with "Let Me Love You," but unfortunately none of the coaches turned around. Kelly said she was "so close," but John admitted his vocals were a little scattered.
