Trump fired the gold medal Olympic snowboarder after her all-female Infinity team lost the season's fourth task, which required them to create an original four-page spread on the importance of exercise for Cosmopolitan magazine and its lifestyle and fitness phone app Cosmo Body.

"This is almost my first time ever being fired in life. Yes, it's unfortunate and I was slightly indecisive with who to choose, but it's all good," Jamie said following her ouster.

The two teams were judged on originality, creativity and overall presentation. Jamie had stepped up to be the project manager along with two-time World Series champion Johnny Damon, who led the men's team called Vortex.

The men's spread was executed under the theme of "love your selfie naked." They took selfies of couples exercising together. Infinity went with a slogan of a "championship challenge to a touchable you," utilizing sports themes and models.

Once in the boardroom, advisor Ivanka Trump explained the Cosmo executives liked the men's team's concept and its relevance. They appreciated the first-person writing style but felt there was a lack of specific takeaways regarding how to implement such fitness and diet routines.

For the women's project, Cosmo's executives liked their "buzz" words because it showed they were readers of the magazine. However, there was some disconnect in the theme in that it felt like a few different spreads put together.

So in the end, the men's team won. Johnny therefore received $20,000 for The Johnny Damon Foundation, which helps everyone from wounded warriors to children's hospitals.

The women's team agreed Jamie did very well as project manager although the task's failure could ultimately weigh upon her shoulders. However, most of the ladies also agreed The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville created a negative energy within the group.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore was responsible for the concept and layout, while Brandi accused former Kate Plus 8 star Kate Gosselin of being pretty useless in the tasks because she just liked to shop a lot.

Trump then asked Jamie to bring two people back into the boardroom with her, and she opted to take Kenya and Kate. Trump was surprised because Brandi seemed like the obvious choice since no one really liked her and she created unnecessary conflict.

Jamie quickly realized she had made a mistake in not choosing Brandi, but Trump wouldn't allow her to change her mind. Kate pointed out that Jamie had trouble being "a boss" because she loved everyone. As a result, Trump fired Jamie for being a little indecisive and making too many mistakes.
