The Bachelorette star Gabby Windey has addressed Erich Schwer breakup rumors considering her fiance has noticeably absent from the Dancing with the Stars audience lately.

Gabby, who got engaged to Erich on The Bachelorette's Season 19 finale, has been a frontrunner on Dancing with the Stars, but Erich only sat in the ballroom for a couple of Season 31 performance shows after their engagement was made public in late September.

Gabby also hasn't posted a photo with Erich on Instagram since October 12, and eagle-eyed fans spotted Gabby without her engagement ring during the last two weeks of Dancing with the Stars rehearsal packages and performances.

In light of recent speculation Gabby and Erich may have split, the ICU nurse explained of her relationship with the real estate analyst from New Jersey, "Yeah, life is just really busy for the both of us right now," according to Fox News.

Gabby opened up about her relationship status following Dancing with the Stars' Halloween-themed episode on Monday night.

"So I understand [fans'] concern," Gabby noted, "but we're just kind of, you know, going forward with each of our individual interests and supporting each other from afar."

Erich popped the question to Gabby at the end of The Bachelorette 19 although voicing days earlier how he'd rather just date the former NFL cheerleader in the real world for a while before getting engaged.

Gabby, however, desperately wanted Erich to prove his love and commit to her.

Once the world found out about Gabby and Erich's engagement, Gabby threw herself into Dancing with the Stars, which films in Los Angeles, CA.

Gabby has since topped the judges' leaderboard for most weeks of the Dancing with the Stars competition.

While Erich didn't support Gabby in the Dancing with the Stars ballroom, he asked fans to vote for her in his Instagram Stories on Monday night.

"She keeps on crushin it," Erich wrote on October 31.

And following Gabby's sexy rumba on Dancing with the Stars' October 24 episode, Gabby insisted to Us Weekly that Erich was being "so supportive," adding, "He understands this is a performance and we have a goal."

While it's been smooth sailing for Gabby on Dancing with the Stars, she was thrown a curve ball when her pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy tested positive for coronavirus on Wednesday, October 26.

Dancing with the Stars pro Alan Bersten -- who led The Bachelorette 15 star Hannah Brown to a DWTS victory back on Season 28 -- therefore stepped in for Val and danced with Gabby on Monday night.

"Alan's been great. He has been wonderful," Gabby shared.

"I was a little nervous at first, but I feel like we just got right into it. I think we're both really hardworking and have a common interest in mind, which is to win!"

Gabby also assured Dancing with the Stars viewers that Val is doing "okay" and "is fine" in his recovery from COVID-19.

As far as her own health goes, Gabby confirmed, "I feel great... no COVID. We were getting tested every day and practiced in masks. So luckily, nobody else in the perimeter seems like they got it. We're just hoping [Val] gets better fast."

Gabby and Alan landed in sixth place on Monday night's leaderboard with a total of 71 out of 80 possible points.

While Gabby and Alan received 38 judges' points for their "fang-tastic" vampire-inspired Argentine tango, according to DWTS judge Derek Hough, their "Team Wicked" group performance received only 33 points. (The opposing "Team Scream" earned 39 judges' points).
