"2/5/25," the couple captioned their joint Instagram post, which included a heart emoji and was set to "Sparks" by Coldplay.
In a sweet black-and-white video, Taylor exclaimed, "It's a baby girl," before the newborn was given to Tia to hold.
Congratulatory messages poured in from Bachelor Nation.
Raven Gates commented, "Hi sweet angel!!! You are so loved! So proud of you Tia."
Andi Dorfman gushed, "Congrats! Welcome to the girl mom crew!"
And Amanda Stanton, Ashley Iaconetti, Ben Higgins, Blake Horstmann, and Hannah Brown all said, "Congratulations."
Tia announced her second pregnancy in August 2024 by gushing about how her son Tatum, who was born in December 2022, was going to become a big brother.
"BIG BROTHER TATUM," Tia and Taylor captioned an Instagram video at the time.
Later that month, Tia revealed how she had tried to keep the news a secret from her husband so that she could surprise him.
But Taylor apparently found the wrapper of her pregnancy test in the trashcan.

"He found the test wrapper in the trash when he went to cut his toenails hahahaha," Tia quipped on Instagram Stories, according to Us Weekly.
"He freaking looked in the trash," she said. "I hid [the test in the cupboard]. It's very, very, very faint."
Tia later revealed via Instagram Stories that the pair wanted to keep the baby's sex a secret until his or her birth.
"That was my idea. I just wanted to do that," Tia shared. "If this is our second and last kid, I want to do it at least once. Taylor does not like that and he wants to know, so I'm trying to not let him peer-pressure me into finding out."
Tia added, "We don't care if it's a boy or a girl, so we'll be thrilled either way."

Tia and Taylor weren't sure at the time if they wanted to continue with the "T" name trend in their family.
"I think we should switch it up," Tia noted, "but Taylor is worried this kid will feel left out. I personally think they'll appreciate being different."

"I wasn't excited at first. I was freaking out," Tia confessed at the time.
"I was like, 'You are kidding me?! I'm trying to plan the wedding of my dreams.' At this point, I was still trying to [get married] within six months -- getting it done [in the] Fall. And I just could not believe it."
Tia previously shared on the "Click Bait with Bachelor Nation" podcast of her surprise first pregnancy, "Taylor's reaction was fine. He wasn't bummed or anything... He was like, 'Sounds good!'"
Tia and Taylor welcomed their first child in December of that year, and then they finally had their wedding and got married in early November 2023 in Nashville, TN.
"I'm honored to be Taylor's wife and Tatum's mom. I love our life so much. As long as I have them, I'm happy," Tia gushed to People at the time.
"The next chapter looks like more babies ASAP! Grow businesses, grow as a team. We're also getting a puppy to keep things interesting. We're pumped."
And Taylor added, "I love that we get to raise Tatum together every day."
Tia initially announced she had a serious boyfriend in Taylor in October 2021 via Instagram.
Tia originally competed for Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s heart on The Bachelor's 22nd season and made it to hometown dates before he sent her packing.
She also appeared on Bachelor in Paradise twice, with her first appearance being on Season 5 in 2018 and her latest stint having taken place on Season 7 in 2021.
During her first Bachelor in Paradise appearance, Tia was memorably dumped by Colton Underwood, who subsequently when on to become The Bachelor's Season 23 star. (Three years later, Colton also publicly came out as gay.)
Tia sparked romances with Kenny Braasch, James Bonsall, Blake Monar, and Aaron Clancy during her second Bachelor in Paradise stint in 2021, but she chose to leave Mexico on her own towards the end of the process.
