Greer captioned her post, "Originally 4 days in Tulum (extended 7)."
Several of the pictures featured a handsome mystery man. He and Greer apparently rode a motorcycle, swam together and enjoyed kayaking.
Many The Bachelor fans rushed to the comments to gush about Greer's apparent new romance.
"Hot couple alert!!" one person wrote.
"WHOS THE BOY GREER?" another follower chimed in.
"Hard launch," an Instagram user commented, to which Greer replied, "To the moon."
Around this time two years ago, Greer had hard launched a different relationship in January 2024.
"Boyfriend," Greer captioned photos with a new guy at the time.
In the pictures, Greer and the man -- whom she chose not to identify by name -- were embracing, kissing, enjoying dinners out, boating, and ice skating. They also apparently spent Christmas together.
Greer appeared on Bachelor in Paradise's ninth season in 2023 but failed to find lasting love.
Greer cried following her ouster about how her heart felt "tired" while searching for The One.

"My heart feels tired. I'm coming to terms with this reality that I'm not going to find love in Paradise. It hurts to put yourself out there and not be reciprocated," Greer said.
"I wanted it to work so badly because I have so much love to give. I'm just ready to have someone be able to love me as much as I love them. I want that happy ending, and that's the harsh reality -- is I just want to be chosen."
Prior to her Paradise stint, Greer had competed for Zach Shallcross' heart on The Bachelor's 27th season.

But the pair's connection slowly fizzled out as Greer patiently waited for a one-on-one date, and then she and Zach memorably had a heated exchange via virtual chat when he was sick with coronavirus.
Greer then missed out on a significant amount of time with Zach when she came down with COVID-19 herself and was forced to quarantine in her hotel room while traveling internationally on Zach's season.
Once Greer felt better, she reunited with Zach and his remaining bachelorettes in Budapest, Hungary.
Zach, however, chose to eliminate the medical sales representative from Houston, TX, in Budapest because he just didn't think their relationship could catch up to what he had built with several other women.
"Time is really of the essence, and we didn't have much of it," Greer told Zach during their breakup.
"We were robbed of it, and I just have to accept that. I really appreciate you being so honest and transparent with me, so thank you."
And Greer lamented in her final words on the show, "I think the hardest part is... we had so much time that was robbed. I think maybe we could've gotten there, if we had the time, but I can't think that way because it's not what happened. It's out of my control."
"I'm just tired of putting myself out there and getting nothing in return," she added.
Zach sent Greer home along with Brooklyn Willie and Kat Izzo when determining his Final 4 The Bachelor bachelorettes: Gabi, Charity Lawson, Ariel Frenkel, and Kaity Biggar.
Zach is now happily married to his winner, Kaity, and they just bought a house together in Austin, TX.
