Selling Sunset star Mary Bonnet has hinted she may not return for the Netflix show's upcoming tenth season.

"It depends on the dynamic in the office, honestly," Mary, 45, admitted during the Monday, January 5 episode of Gia Giudice's "Casual Chaos" podcast when asked about filming another season of the show, according to Us Weekly.

Mary explained that if she exits Selling Sunset, she would still keep her job at the Oppenheim Group, a luxury real estate brokerage in Los Angeles, CA.

However, the reality TV star apparently hasn't made her mind up yet about whether to stay or leave.

"It depends on the level of toxicity that they're allowing," Mary said, adding how it seems "everyone's on the same page" about drama amongst the women being "too much right now."

She continued, "What's going to happen? I don't have control over any of that. That's for our producers and Netflix. Jason has control over who works at the Oppenheim Group, but he doesn't have control over who's on the show."

Mary shared how separating herself from Selling Sunset after all of the conflict in Season 9, which premiered in October 2025, may be "good" for her.

She also previously revealed that she got a "bad edit" on the show's latest season, especially when it came to her relationship with co-star Chelsea Lazkani.

"Most of the girls and I, we all have so much fun. We're on group chats. We go out and we get along really, really well," Mary clarified.

"That dynamic just over the last couple of seasons, especially this one, it's just not my cup of tea."

Mary acknowledged she was "a bit frustrated" with her Selling Sunset edit and it was actually "brutal" to watch back the Season 9 episodes.

"There was so much that happened, and then [my house] just got robbed," Mary revealed.

"I wasn't sleeping much... so it was all of this wrapped up in one big chaotic bubble. Then, they just edit certain words and certain facial expressions."

Mary also insisted "there will not" be any reconciliation between co-stars and former friends Chrishell Stause and Emma Hernan.

"I don't really know what's going on with Chrishell right now," Mary said.

"I've always loved her, and always will, but I don't know what's happening. It's just every day is a different person that she's going after and I'm like, 'What's going on right now?'"

Mary concluded, "I hope she's doing okay. I'm confused by it, like everybody else."

Chrishell announced her departure from Selling Sunset in November after nine seasons.

"I've gotten to a place where I don't need the show financially. I'm lucky to have other forms of employment, because it's no longer good for my mental health," Chrishell told Bustle in an interview.

Weeks later, Emma hinted she's also "done" with Selling Sunset ahead of Season 10.

"I was basically done [after] Season 8 and I kind of came back to tell my side of the story," Emma said on the "Untraditionally Lala" podcast.

When Lala said it sounded like Emma's role on Selling Sunset's next season is "TBD," Emma replied, "Yeah, I mean, I'm kind of... I'm tapped [out]."

Selling Sunset debuted its first season on Netflix in March 2019.
