The woman who finished second in the CBS finale of last season's "Survivor: Palau" has been arrested in Merced, Calif., for drunken driving.

Katie Gallagher, 30, was pulled over in her hometown around 2 a.m. Thursday and charged with driving under the influence, reported Friday.

A Merced County Sheriff's spokesman said the advertising executive was taken into custody and released later that morning when she was deemed sober, the Fresno (Calif.) Bee reported. No court date had been set.

Gallagher won $100,000 for finishing second to "Survivor: Palau" winner Tom Westman earlier this year.
