Pop singer Ryan Cabrera is the host of MTV's new dating reality, "Score."

"Basically, two aspiring singer/songwriters have one day to write a song," Cabrera said. "They're trying to win a date with girl and so they have got to write the song during the day, perform it that night live, and she picks who she wants to go on a date with based on their songs."
Cabrera will help write the songs and perform them as well.
The contestant does not get to see who wrote the song until she chooses her date.
The show is scheduled to debut on the cable music channel in November.
