"Liza Minnelli, who is beginning a national tour in St. Louis on June 5, is not now, nor will ever be, on Celebrity Rehab," her representative told Us Weekly in a Wednesday statement.

The 64-year-old singer and actress was responding to a Wednesday TMZ report that claimed Celebrity Rehab was negotiating with her to appear on the VH1 reality series' fourth season.

While no deal was struck and Minnelli told TMZ she had "no interest" in appearing on the series, the website reported negotiations were continuing and the amount being discussed for her participation was "in the $500,000 universe."

Production on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew's fourth season was originally scheduled to begin on Tuesday, however that plan was reportedly scrapped because producers are having a hard time completing the celebrity cast.

Former A Shot at Love star Tila Tequila had committed to be a Celebrity Rehab cast member early last week, while former Laguna Beach star Jason Wahler was also reportedly "very close" to an agreement to appear on it.

In addition, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony rapper Bizzy Bone -- whose real name is Byron McCane -- expressed interest in participating in it to receive treatment for marijuana and alcohol addiction.
