Report: 'Celebrity Rehab's fourth-season cast to include Tila Tequila

The former A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila star has committed to participate in Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew's fourth season, multiple sources confirmed to TMZ in a Sunday report.
It remains unclear what addiction Tequila -- whose real name is Tila Nguyen -- will attempt to overcome on the VH1 reality series.
While Tequila's participation has been confirmed, TMZ reported that VH1 is "having problems" finding other celebrities to participate in Celebrity Rehab's next season and "the show could be killed" as a result.
Tequila starred in the first two seasons of MTV's A Shot at Love reality dating series before she allegedly decided against participating in a third edition.
