First announced by NBC in November, Love in the Wild will follow 10 single men and 10 single women as they look for love while undertaking a series of adventurous activities in the hopes of winning luxurious rewards.

Hosted by Australian-TV host Darren McMullen, each episode of Love in the Wild will feature the singles pairing up to participate in activities such as paddling down crocodile-infested waters, walking through caves inhabited by bats, and rappelling down waterfalls.

Following each experience, a winning couple will share a night alone together at the Oasis, a five-star bungalow, while the remaining couples must spend the night socializing with their partners and fellow castmates in less plush cabins.

At the end of each episode, two singles will be eliminated after all the pairs gather to reveal whether they have formed a connection with their current partner or want to switch and get to know someone else.  NBC has not specified exactly how Love in the Wild's eliminations will be determined, however the series will conclude with only one couple standing, according to the network.

Love in the Wild is being produced by Endemol USA and executive produced by Tom Shelly with Liz Schulze, Eric Gardner and Mark Allen serving as co-executive producers.
