Married at First Sight star Myrla Feria says she won't bend in her marriage to Gil Cuero when it comes to her expensive lifestyle and wanting nothing to do with his dog.

During Wednesday night's episode of Married at First Sight: Unfiltered, Myrla -- who admitted she didn't really enjoy her honeymoon in the Florida Keys -- opened up about what she anticipates marriage and sharing finances with Gil will be like.

"You have some differences when it comes to spending money," Unfiltered host Jamie Otis acknowledged, before asking Myrla, "Will either of you bend? How do you think you're going to figure this out?"

The educator, who owns the fact she loves shopping and wearing designer clothes and shoes, confessed, "I mean, I think I was very clear going into this process that I was not willing to change my lifestyle."

"If I want to take a trip [for instance], I'm going to take a trip," she added.

When asked what she'll do if Gil, a Houston-based firefighter, can't afford to take the trip with her, Myrla replied with confidence, "Well, you'll see a lot of selfies of Myrla in Europe, by herself!"

Myrla's Married at First Sight co-stars Jose and Johnny appeared shocked by Myrla's revelation, so Jamie -- who starred on Season 1 of Married at First Sight and is still married to her match, Doug Hehner, asked Myrla if she'd help fund Gil's portion of the trip so he could join her.

"I mean, I think we could talk about that," Myrla conceded.

But taking care of Gil's beloved dog Hype is apparently not up for discussion, no matter how much Gil wants Myrla to embrace being a dog mom.

On Unfiltered, Myrla watched back a Season 13 clip of a heated discussion she had with her husband at the end of their honeymoon in Florida when talking about moving in together.

"I am personally interested in seeing how you interact with Hype, my dog," Gil tells Myrla.

"I'm not taking him out for walks or, like, pooping and stuff," Myrla insists.

"Okay," Gil responds, seemingly a little surprised and disappointed.

"So you'll do that, right?" Myrla asks.

"I do work 24 hours two days out of every week," Gil notes.

Myrla then told Gil that dog walkers "exist" and can be useful.

"That's a waste of money," Gil counters, "when there's clearly an able bodied [person] that can do it."

"I don't think it's a waste of money," Myrla argues.

Myrla told Jamie that she was very upfront with the Married at First Sight experts in saying she doesn't want a dog considering many of them slobber and shed.

"[I said to Gil], 'If you don't want to pay for a dog walker, then I am more than happy to pay for one," Myrla explained.

"There are days when I work when I don't have a break to eat. What happens on those days, like, 'Hey, sorry guys, I've got to go walk the dog!' I'll just pay for a dog walker."

Jamie said she could see both sides of the argument, knowing that if Myrla isn't around "it's not silly" to hire a dog walker.

Johnny, however, appeared a little bothered by Myrla's behavior in the video clip.

"I think of Gil taking something that he feels is very close to him and very important to him and he's trying to give you that responsibility -- and you're like, 'No, let's pay somebody to go do that,'" said Johnny, who married Bao on Married at First Sight's thirteenth season.

"But I didn't ask for that responsibility," Myrla pointed out.

"It's like, I would never put something on him that I'm bringing in," she elaborated. "If I'm bringing something [into the marriage] and you don't enjoy it, I'm not going to force it on you."

But Johnny told Myrla he'd feel honored to have Gil trust him with Hype, had he been in Myrla's shoes.

"But you like dogs, and I don't!" Myrla fired back.

"Okay," Johnny conceded.

Myrla concluded that she'd be "fine" and "cool" with a dog but will never be crazy about him or her.

However, Myrla insisted she's not going to care where Gil lives because they're going to create a space and a home together.

As for whether Myrla felt like kissing Gil a week into her marriage, Myrla admitted, "Not at the moment. Stay tuned."

Married at First Sight's thirteenth season, which currently airs on Wednesday nights at 8PM ET/PT on Lifetime, also stars Jose and Rachel, Brett and Ryan, and Michaela and Zack.
