Married at First Sight star Mindy Shiben is dishing about her wedding to a total stranger, Zach Justice, including whether she was attracted to him at first sight and what their first night together was like.

Mindy, a 34-year-old figure skating coach from Frederick, MD, was selected to marry Zach, a 32-year-old fitness professional from St. Mary's, GA, on Married at First Sight's tenth season, which just premiered January 1 on Lifetime.

Mindy and Zach's wedding was not shown on the premiere episode, but both individuals appeared ready, excited and willing to blindly take the plunge after exhausting other dating options in Washington, D.C.

While a lack of physical attraction has broken up many couples in the past on Married at First Sight, Mindy told the U.K.'s Daily Mail she wasn't worried about that.

"Some of my best relationships have been with men I wasn't attracted to initially," said Mindy, who will catch a glimpse of her groom for the first time when she walks down the aisle in a future Married at First Sight episode.

"For me, attraction is built over time and physicality is only a small percentage of that."

Mindy revealed, however, she was in fact attracted to Zach when she first laid eyes on him during their wedding ceremony.

Mindy said her first thought upon seeing her future husband at the altar was "holy handsomeness." She was even reportedly anticipating a kiss after saying, "I do."

But Mindy's expectations ended there, as she hoped their chemistry and intimacy would build naturally and organically.

"As far as physical intimacy is concerned, I didn't put any hard rules in place like 'you can't sleep with him for a week,' because I thought that could hinder the natural progression of our relationship," Mindy explained.

"My only rule was that we both felt 100 percent comfortable with anything that we chose to do."

Mindy apparently didn't reach that comfort level with Zach in which she felt totally calm, confident and secure immediately, but it didn't take long.

Mindy told the Daily Mail it was just particularly awkward to share a bathroom with her groom on their wedding night.

"I had just taken off all of my makeup and I was brushing my teeth and in walks Zach," Mindy recalled.

"Just hours after meeting him, he was sharing the bathroom with me doing our nighttime routines."

Fans will have to wait to find out how Mindy and Zach's story ends when Married at First Sight airs its "Decision Day" finale later this season, but she hinted at a happy ending during her interview.

Mindy shared she's "very confident" in her choice to get married at first sight and "grateful" for the opportunity.

As for what her future looks like, Mindy said she'd love to travel for a couple of years and create memories (hopefully with Zach) before starting a family.

"While I definitely want a family in my future, I'm really open to how and when that happens," Mindy said, without giving away her Married at First Sight ending.

"I'm not glued to the idea of becoming pregnant and I'd be just as happy with adopting kids."

Mindy was dubbed "Miss Optimistic" by Lifetime when the Season 10 cast of Married at First Sight was announced late last year.

Mindy shared with viewers in the show's January 1 premiere how she had sadly suffered a miscarriage one day after her sister's death from a drug overdose.

Mindy took the time she needed to heal and then finally realized she was ready to give and receive love from a spouse and life partner.

Dr. Viviana Coles, one of Married at First Sight's three matchmaking experts, thought Mindy and Zach would be a great match because they're both entrepreneurial, active and driven.

Dr. Viviana also said Mindy is intelligent and Zach maintains a very positive attitude throughout life's ups and downs.
