Married at First Sight star Lindsey Georgoulis has claimed Mark Maher was acting "shady" during their marriage by DM'ing Alyssa Ellman, who allegedly kept hanging around the Season 14 cast after her own marriage to Chris Collette ended.

Alyssa and Chris were matched for matrimony on Season 14 of Married at First Sight by the show's experts Dr. Pepper Schwartz, Dr. Viviana Coles and Pastor Calvin Roberson.

But Alyssa quickly determined that Chris wasn't her type and they weren't a good match, and so their marriage only lasted one week -- with Chris pointing out how it must have been the quickest divorce in Married at First Sight history.

During Wednesday night's episode of Married at First Sight: Afterparty, Lindsey watched back a Season 14 clip of Mark rating their marriage on a scale from 1-10 while he was playing ice hockey with his male co-stars.

"As far as, like, effort on things she's done for me, I'd say she's a nine," Mark explains in the footage.

"But listening to me and how I need her to relax a little bit on some things, I'd give her, like, a six. Because that's not where I want it to be, for me."

Lindsey told Afterparty host Keshia Knight Pulliam that Mark was "entitled to his opinion."

But she continued, "I think it was really tough for me to listen to him when he was being so shady with sliding in [Alyssa Ellman]'s DMs."

"What?!" Keshia shouted in utter shock. "Okay, wait. Hold on, hold on, hold on. So during this moment, has he been communicating with Alyssa?"

"Yeah!" Lindsey replied. "First of all, Alyssa is like a cockroach that never disappeared, okay? Alyssa is coming by this apartment every single day."

Lindsey proceeded to shout about how all of this started with the cast's rooftop gatherings at their shared apartment complex.

"This is where it started!" Lindsey claimed. "He said to me the other day, 'Oh your friend saw my [Instagram] Story and came up on the roof.' And I was like, 'Hold up, y'all are friends with each other on Instagram?'"

Lindsey proceeded to allege, "[Mark] was like, 'Yeah.' And so I was like, 'Well, are you privately messaging her, too?' And he's like, 'Well, ugh, yeah. I messaged her to see how she was doing post-cameras.'"

"And I was like, 'Why?! She's not your friend and she's not our friend. She doesn't wish us well, so why would you engage with her?'" she recalled.

When asked to reveal Mark's answer in that moment, Lindsey said Mark claimed he just "wanted to be nice to everybody and wanted everybody to like [him]."

"And I was like, 'You should work on that!'" Lindsey said.

Olajuwon corroborated Lindsey's story by first pointing out that Alyssa and Chris "went through a really tough time during the process."

"So Alyssa, if you don't want to be next to somebody, you try to cling to everybody else that's in the process, right? We all need support," Olajuwon reasoned.

"So I could see where Lindsey, if she's uncomfortable, I could see where it would offend her, like, 'Hey, you're already messaging my husband? But I don't need you in my presence.'"

Lindsey griped, "You can't block me and then come to my husband."

"I get that," Olajuwon agreed.

"Understandable," Keshia noted.

Lindsey and Mark consummated their marriage right away on the show's fourteenth season, and Lindsey told Mark that she loved him during their honeymoon in San Juan, Puerto Rico, but they went on to endure many ups and downs in the extreme experiment.

Lindsey and Mark, however, continue to resolve arguments and move forward in their relationship as lovingly and respectfully as possible.

Lindsey and Mark appeared to become good friends with Chris when the real estate agent's marriage to Alyssa was imploding during filming, and so it's possible Mark also offered Alyssa some support during those difficult times.

After Alyssa and Chris tied the knot on Married at First Sight, Chris' groomsmen essentially told Alyssa how Chris can be condescending, argumentative and a bit arrogant when expressing his opinions. They even made a comment about how Chris "loves to monologue," which immediately turned Alyssa off.

Alyssa also told the cameras that Chris had referred to himself as her "side piece" in an elevator and she found the remark disgusting.

"He may be a little immature," Alyssa complained in a confessional. "He wouldn't normally be my type. I don't want to get upset. I don't want this on-camera."

Once the cameras were off her face, viewers could hear Alyssa venting to a producer about Chris behind closed doors.

Alyssa complained, "Physically, I do not see one characteristic in him that I asked [the experts] for."

Although Alyssa slept away from Chris on their wedding night, she still decided to go on their honeymoon to Puerto Rico -- with the intention of keeping her distance from Chris and just hanging out with their fellow cast members.

Chris even claimed on a previous episode of Afterparty that Alyssa had called a lawyer trying to get out of her marriage before traveling to San Juan and she wouldn't give Chris her phone number so they could stay in touch.

Chris also alleged that Alyssa had refused to sit next to him on the flight to San Juan and didn't try to get to know him on a serious or deep level at any point.

While honeymooning, Alyssa came to believe she and Chris were totally different and incompatible, from their hobbies to their daily lifestyles, and so she only participated in activities with Chris, such as playing tennis, where they couldn't talk or get close to one another.

Chris attempted to keep his cool and persuade Alyssa to give him a chance, but the more Chris pushed for attention and/or straight answers, the more Alyssa pulled back. At one point, she even expressed "hate" and complete intolerance of Chris' presence to a producer.

Alyssa repeated how she felt "robbed" and "gypped" in the Married at First Sight experiment, and she broke down to a producer about how she had nothing left to say to Chris at all and couldn't even stand his hand gestures.

Once the couple returned home to Boston, MA, Alyssa admitted to her mother that she had expected a tattooed cowboy to be standing at the top of the altar instead of a real estate agent on her wedding day.

However, during a therapy session with Pastor Cal one week into the process, Alyssa announced how she'd like to continue on with the show, seemingly so she could keep hanging out with her fellow Season 14 brides and enjoy the overall experience.

But when Alyssa suggested to Chris that she'd like to move forward on Married at First Sight without living together in the Boston apartment the show had provided for them, Chris determined it was his "Decision Day" and he wanted a divorce instead.

"I think there are a lot of reasons to still be here, but I don't think marriage is the one that you're here for," Chris told Alyssa during their breakup conversation.

But Alyssa continued to insist how she had joined the Married at First Sight cast for the right reasons.

Chris explained on Afterparty, "I want to be as crystal clear about this as I can be."

"I totally agree that she gave 100 percent," he said, "but it was to get through the experience -- as friends... not to be [married]. And that's where I think the disconnect is. She'll think that she tried very, very hard, but it will be at the wrong thing."

Chris previously said on Afterparty that he and Alyssa stopped speaking after the pair went bowling one night with the cast.
