Prior to the two-hour premiere, Lifetime will also air a Season 10 Matchmaking Special at 8PM ET/PT.

Married at First Sight episodes will be two hours long and feature five couples instead of four.

When the show debuted five years ago, only three couples were featured, and four couples starred on the series in Seasons 8 and 9.

The five brides who will be getting married at first sight are Katie Conrad, a 25-year-old mental health professional from Woodbridge, VA; Jessica Studer, a 31-year-old nurse manager from Oak Harbor, OH; Taylor Dunklin, a 27-year-old research scientist from Pittsburgh, PA; Mindy Shiben, a 34-year-old figure skating coach from Frederick, MD; and Meka Jones, a 25-year-old category analyst from Baltimore, MD.

The grooms who will be tying the knot with strangers are Derek Sherman, a 26-year-old cyber security engineer from Maryland; Austin Hurd, a 31-year-old network technician from Maryland; Brandon Reid, a 34-year-old sales manager originally from the U.S. Virgin Islands who was raised in Washington, D.C.; Zach Justice, a 32-year-old fitness professional from St. Mary's, GA; and Michael Watson, a 31-year-old education director from Washington, D.C.

The couples set to exchange vows after meeting at the wedding altar are "Miss Ready Right Now" Katie and "Mr. Never Been in Love" Derek, "The Keeper" Jessica and "The Mama's Boy" Austin, "Miss Beauty and Brains" Taylor and "Mr. Never Plus One" Brandon; "Miss Optimistic" Mindy and "The Fitness Fanatic" Zach; and "Miss Ambition" Meka and "Mr. First to Get Married?" Michael.

The cast members, who interviewed for Married at First Sight's new season this past summer, were matched by returning Married at First Sight experts Dr. Pepper Schwartz, Pastor Calvin Roberson, and psychotherapist Dr. Viviana Coles.

Viviana had replaced Dr. Jessica Griffin for Season 9, which wrapped in mid-September on Lifetime with two of the four couples choosing to stay married.

Each season, the strangers are matched based on their compatibility, goals, hobbies, religion, views of marriage, and more.
