Married at First Sight couple Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner are blaming Zach Justice for the problems in his relationship with wife Mindy Shiben, saying the personal trainer is not mature and too into himself.

Jamie and Doug, who starred on Season 1 of Married at First Sight, gave Zach a piece of their minds while watching back Zach and Mindy's honeymoon in Panama on television.

Zach told the cameras at one point he was missing a playful and fun connection with Mindy because most of their conversations turned out to be serious, but Jamie suggested Zach was the reason why Mindy couldn't relax and enjoy herself.

"I can see what he's saying though, as much as I totally see what she's saying -- she hasn't been able to just relax and have a good time," Jamie said during Lifetime's January 30 broadcast of Married at First Sight: Couples Couch, which features commentary on encore broadcasts of Married at First Sight's tenth season.

"But, like, how could it not be?!" Jamie reasoned.

"She married a stranger and he's pretty much saying every single day that he's not into her. I wouldn't be able to relax and let loose either."

On Night 1 of their honeymoon, Zach allegedly told Mindy he wasn't attracted to her, and he seemed to harp on that issue in subsequent days of the honeymoon.

But Jamie didn't even understand how Zach couldn't be attracted to Mindy.

"How is [Zach] not attracted to [Mindy?] I literally have a girl crush on her -- she's so cute, and so sweet and so smart. She's so likeable!" Jamie gushed.

"Maybe it's her head," Doug noted.

"What do you mean?" Jamie asked her husband.

"It doesn't seem like they're on the same page mentally," Doug explained.

Jamie struggled to accept that explanation, pointing out of Mindy, "She's so mature though."

"I know," Doug agreed. "I don't think he is."

Jamie nodded her head and then watched a clip of Mindy expressing how it was difficult to hear her husband wasn't attracted to her. Mindy therefore asked Zach how she could make him happy.

"So tell me, [Zach], what does it take to make you happy? Sounds like [it takes]," Jamie admitted.

Zach was then shown telling Mindy he could see that his looks didn't mean everything to her, which naturally implied Zach views himself as being very good looking.

"He's so full of himself! Did he just say that?" Jamie yelled.

Mindy called Zach out in the episode and said, "Do you think everyone finds you attractive?"

"He thinks he's so hot!" Jamie yelled out in astonishment.

"Why would that be your answer to 'I want to know what makes you happy?'" Doug questioned.

"He -- 'I know it's not just about my looks,'" Jamie recalled Zach saying in disbelief.

"He's so into himself! That's the problem -- Zach is more into himself than anybody else!"

Jamie said Zach needed to realize looks aren't all that make you attractive to someone.

In Mindy's case, she even told her fellow Married at First Sight brides on the show she's not attracted to a man just because he has abs.

"Yeah, Mindy, you tell him!" Jamie shouted. "A six pack does not make you attractive; a full head of hair does not make you attractive. It's all about what's underneath, Zach!"

Doug and Jamie also bashed Zach for not wanting to have deep conversations with his wife.

Doug claimed Zach "clearly can't have" deep conversations, and then Jamie added, "In-depth conversations are not your strong suit there Zach."

Jamie speculated maybe Zach was turned off by how tall Mindy is.

"Maybe he doesn't like that she's the same height as him," Jamie wondered. "Some guys are intimidated by that."

Following a dinner Mindy and Zach had with the other four Married at First Sight couples, he complimented Mindy on her confidence that night and not comparing their relationship to others.

"She's always had confidence!" Doug insisted.

"Yeah, he's like always judging every move she makes," Jamie said. "Like, why are you giving her a report card on her behavior tonight?"

"Right," Doug agreed. "So tonight I'm giving you an 'A' on confidence."

Doug concluded Mindy and Zach just weren't on the same page.

"She is not clicking with [Zach] on intellectual level at all," Doug said.

"No," Jamie agreed. "He's good to look at, but that's about it."

"That is it!" Doug echoed.

Jamie and Doug also observed Zach critiquing Mindy's actions instead of being vulnerable and opening up about himself and how he was personally feeling about their relationship.

"Everything is weighted on her," Jamie explained.

"Is she attractive enough? Is she confident enough? Is she having fun enough? Like, what about you, Zach?! Maybe she's not into everything that you do."

In addition to Mindy and Zach, Married at First Sight's tenth season also stars Meka Jones and Michael Watson, Taylor Dunklin and Brandon Reid, Katie Conrad and Derek Sherman, and Jessica Studer and Austin Hurd.
