Mariah Carey is launching her musical comeback on American Idol.

The episode will air from 8-10PM ET/PT and also feature the twelfth season's Top 3 finalists Angela "Angie" Miller, Candice Glover and Kree Harrison performing for home viewer votes.
The female finalists will learn what songs the judges -- Carey, Nicki Minaj, Keith Urban, and Randy Jackson -- and mentor Jimmy Iovine selected for them to sing while visiting their hometowns. Each contestant will perform three songs for America: "Judges' Choice," "Jimmy's Choice" and "Idol's Choice."
During Thursday night's live one-hour results show at 8PM ET/PT, one of the three finalists will be eliminated heading into next week's finale, and Alicia Keys and Idol's tenth-season runner-up Lauren Alaina will take the stage.
