Lamar Odom reportedly had a very short stint in rehab this week -- seemingly putting to rest prior conflicting reports about whether he did and did not check himself into a treatment facility for his substance abuse issues.

In addition, the NBA basketball player and husband of Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Khloe Kardashian -- who allegedly had no idea Odom entered rehab to begin with -- went missing once he left the treatment facility on Thursday after only staying there for one day, Us Weekly reported.

"Khloe doesn't know where Lamar is," a source close to Kardashian told Us yesterday, adding that the reality TV star "cut him off" over a week ago for his alleged addiction to crack cocaine and previous cheating affairs when he refused her attempt to stage an intervention.

"She's just exhausted. I don't think anyone knows where he is at this point. She said get out, go get help."

According to TMZ, Odom's hardcore two-year drug habit kicked into high gear in late May when he moved out of the home he shares with Kardashian and into Hollywood's Roosevelt Hotel after the NBA season concluded. He was reportedly spending about $800 a day on a variety of drugs.

Kardashian is reportedly still in denial, however, about the extent of Odom's problems and the fact their marriage is suffering.

"She's not fazed by these reports," the Us source explained. "She doesn't believe it, she doesn't think he went to rehab. Khloe is so exhausted by everything. She doesn't know what's going on."

Odom was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence last Friday morning, People reported at the time.

After reportedly being taken into custody, Odom was taken to a jail in Van Nuys, CA before he was released on $15,000 bail, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Kardashian has allegedly been on the verge of filing for divorce in recent weeks, which her family has been encouraging her to follow through with.
