Kris Jenner has revealed Rob Kardashian has gained a substantial amount of weight in the last year and needs some real help.

During Sunday's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the Kardashian family struggled to find a way to get through to Rob.

"Rob hasn't been in the best headspace for sure. I've been getting a few reports that he's been spending a lot of money and locking himself up in his room a lot... I'm just worried about what's going on. As a mom, it breaks my heart to see Rob going through what he's going through. He's kind of stuck in a really bad place and I just want to help him get out of it," Kris Jenner told the cameras.

Kris later told Kim Kardashian: "I feel like if I don't help him and do something drastic, he's going to die."

Kris and Kim then met with a therapist or interventionist to make a plan. They invited Kourtney Kardashian but left Khloe Kardashian out because she tends to be "protective" of Rob.

Rob, a former track and basketball star, "has gained over 100 pounds in the last year," Kris told the professional.

"I try not to talk about it much because it's very upsetting. He doesn't want to participate. He doesn't want to go out of the house. He missed Christmas. He's kind of depressed."

Kourtney called Rob "the king of excuses," and then the group decided to send interventionists over to Khloe's house -- where Rob was living -- to confront Rob about his issues head-on.

Before this happened, Kris warned Khloe about what was going to go down. Khloe felt her family didn't give her an opportunity to voice her opinion, and she was against the idea of letting a stranger "ambush" Rob.

"Neither you or Kourtney or Kim have attempted to see [Rob] numerous days in a row. Do you even know his daily routines? No, because you're not there," Khloe told Kris, adding that they could make smaller attempts to help him without taking this dramatic A-Z approach.

Later on in the episode, Khloe got a "wild text" from Rob complaining about the people who entered their house to talk to him. He threatened to move out and Khloe begged Rob to take his medicine. However, Rob continued to refuse the help and then Khloe began to cry.

"Do you think it's fair to do this to me? I've been through this how many times?" Khloe asked Rob over the phone, likely referencing her estranged relationship with Lamar Odom, who tended to disappear due to alleged drug abuse and wouldn't go for rehab.

"Do you think it's fair I did this for years and now you're going to do this to me again? I can't do this with people. It's not fair that you guys do this to me all the time. It's not f-cking fair. Just accept the f-cking help."

Rob insisted no help was needed.

Kim then suggested to Khloe she kick him out of the house and everyone should cut him off financially.

"Everyone licks Rob's ass and does whatever he says," Kim explained to Khloe and Kourtney. "At some point, you just have to give it up. We all make his life so easy... This is pathetic."

The family agreed they were no longer going to cater to him. Kim said Rob needed to accept their help or be totally on his own.
