Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's "imminent" divorce will reportedly be simple due to their ironclad prenuptial agreement.

Kardashian and Odom's split should be anything but messy, as divorce terms are predetermined and both parties will be able to keep their assets separate thanks to their prenup, TMZ reported.

TMZ is also insisting that despite prior reports, there is no "infidelity clause" in their prenup. Therefore, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star won't receive extra money if Odom truly cheated on her throughout the course of their four-year marriage.

Kardashian is reportedly "anxious" to file for divorce from the NBA basketball free agent but is hesitant to do so because "she's afraid he'll die or kill himself if she does."

Odom also allegedly couldn't handle the details and repercussions of a divorce right now considering he's mentally out of it and abusing crack cocaine.

Us Weekly reported last week Kardashian had told Odom -- an alleged drug addict who has also faced an arrest, a DUI charge and a brief stint in rehab he never finished in recent weeks -- she's filing the divorce papers soon.
