Kanye West was rushed to the hospital for a migraine that was initially believed to be a far worse condition.

West reportedly checked into the hospital on Wednesday afternoon around 2:30PM and was given an emergency MRI scan.
A witness said doctors originally feared West, 37, had experience a seizure, according to Us. However, another source told the magazine Kim Kardashian's husband was never in that bad of shape.
"Kanye just had a headache and wanted to be extra clear for his show," the source said. "It wasn't seizures or anything like that."
In fact, after his brief hospitalization, the rapper reportedly got onstage that night to continue his Yeezus tour at the Rod Laver Arena.
