Ashton Kutcher's "Punk'd" sidekick Dax Shepard will star opposite Jessica Simpson and Dane Cook in Lions Gate's film, "Employee of the Month."

Cook and Shepard will portray best friends working in a warehouse-type store who battle for the affections of a new cashier played by Simpson, The Hollywood Reporter said.

Other store employees will be played by Efren Ramirez, best known as "Napoleon Dynamite's" Pedro, and Harland Williams.

Production is scheduled to start in Santa Fe, N.M., next week.
