HGTV announced it has ordered 26 new episodes of Color Splash, a reality series starring HGTV Design Star first-season winner David Bromstad.

Each Color Splash episode follows Bromstad as he shows viewers how they can use color to enliven and invigorate their house -- talking with homeowners and examining everything from their existing furniture and accessories to their clothing to get a sense of what colors inspire them.
Color Splash premiered in March 2007.
In addition to announcing Color Splash's renewal, HGTV also announced HGTV Design Star's fourth season is currently in production and will premiere Sunday, July 29 at 10PM ET/PT.
