Zito was arrested for sexual battery, resisting an officer with violence, remaining after being forbidden, and disturbing the peace by public intoxication after he allegedly reached up a girl's skirt at a club in Lafayette, LA on Saturday, NBC's KETK-TV affiliate in Jacksonville, TX reported.

Zito reportedly told police the young woman "should be thankful that he reached up her dress since he is a 'TV Star' and several girls wish for that to happen to them."

According to the arrest report, Zito stuck around City Bar after closing with several other people, prompting the establishment's employees to call the police for assistance in clearing out the crowd, KETK-TV reported. When authorities entered the bar, a female accused Zito of allegedly inappropriately touching her when she was bent over a cigarette dispenser.

As Zito was being kicked out of the building by an officer, the former reality TV star allegedly yelled, "Let's fight!"

"[Zito] began to physically resist by pulling away from officer," noted the report. "The subject also began to grab officer and pull officer to the ground as the struggle continued."

The officer then reportedly sprayed Zito, who was allegedly highly intoxicated, with pepper spray to calm him down and subsequently cuffed him.

Zito's bond was set at $26,000, according to KETK-TV.
