Andy Baldwin might have some explaining to do.

Paparazzi cameras caught the former The Bachelor: Officer and a Gentleman star hanging out with Miss Iran 2005 Sepideh Haftgoli in a Los Angeles park on Sunday and many of the photos -- different versions of which have been posted on TMZ.com and JustJared.com -- show the pair engaging in behavior that could mean their relationship is more than just plutonic.

While some of the photos just show the pair enjoying the outdoors together, others appear to show Baldwin and Haftgoli repeatedly hugging, snuggling, and engaging in other potentially flirty behavior.

The problem, of course, is that Haftgoli isn't Tessa HorstThe Bachelor bachelorette that Baldwin proposed to at the conclusion of his appearance on the tenth edition of the long-running ABC reality dating show.

Last month, Baldwin and Horst had announced that they had decided to end their engagement but insisted they were still "very much in love" and "committed" to their relationship.  "When the fantasy wore off and the reality set in, we both realized we weren't ready to be engaged," Baldwin, a 30-year-old U.S. Navy Lieutenant and undersea medical officer stationed at Pearl Harbor, told In Touch Weekly at the time.

Two weeks ago, Horst, a 26-year-old San Francisco social worker, cheered Baldwin on at the first inaugural Ford Ironman Louisville Triathlon in Hawaii, rewarding him for a job well done with a kiss and a hug.

Last Saturday, Baldwin and Horst were scheduled to have attended Audi Best Buddies Challenge: Hearst Castle, a 100-mile charity bicycle tour that ends at northern California's historic Hearst Castle.

Brad Womack, a 34-year-old Austin, TX bar owner, will serve as the star of The Bachelor's upcoming eleventh installment, which is scheduled to premiere Monday, September 24 at 9:30PM ET/PT on ABC.
