HarperCollins Publishers will be releasing the Dancing with the Stars professional dancer's first book on May 27 entitled Taking the Lead: Lessons from a Life in Motion.

According to a Library Journal review of the book, "Five-time Emmy Award nominee and the only four-time champion of the hit ABC reality show Dancing with the Stars, Hough explains how he turns stumbling celebrity partners into commendable dancers."

The book, comprised of 256 pages, will sell for $26.99 and have an initial hardcover print run of 75,000 copies.

Hough, 28, was crowned the winner of Dancing with the Stars' most recent seventeenth edition with celebrity partner Amber Riley in late November.

The choreographer and actor became a five-time show champion, as he also previously won Dancing with the Stars with Kellie Pickler (Season 16), Jennifer Grey (Season 11), Nicole Scherzinger (Season 10), and Brooke Burke (Season 7).
