The network also revealed that wildlife conservationist Robert Irwin has signed on to compete and is the first official celebrity cast member of the show's upcoming season.
Robert is the son of the late Steve Irwin, who had starred on The Crocodile Hunter and tragically died at the age of 44 after a stingray injury in 2006.
Robert carried on his father's legacy by working as a zookeeper at the Australia Zoo alongside his sister Bindi Irwin and their mother Terri Irwin.
Robert co-hosted the Discovery Kids series Wild But True in 2014, and then he starred on Crikey! It's the Irwins from 2018 to 2022.
"He's coming with them abs!" Dancing with the Stars judge Derek joked with People, adding that the show is "really lucky to have him."
Bindi actually won the Mirrorball Trophy with Derek, when he was still competing as a professional partner, on Dancing with the Stars' 21st season in 2015.
The full cast of celebrities and their pro partners for Season 34 will be announced at a later date.
Last season, Dancing with the Stars was hosted by Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough.
And in addition to Derek, Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba served as judges for Dancing with the Stars' 33rd season.
When asked if a stint on Dancing with the Stars could be in his future, The Bachelor's Season 29 star Grant Ellis told the New York Post in February that he would be open to the opportunity.

"I do love to dance," Grant shared. "So, yeah, I would do Dancing with the Stars."
Grant added, "I've got some pretty good hip movement, you know?"
By participating in Dancing with the Stars, Grant would be following in the footsteps of many The Bachelor and The Bachelorette alums before him who have competed on the reality dancing competition.
The Bachelor's Season 28 star Joey Graziadei won Dancing with the Stars' 33rd season with his professional partner Jenna Johnson during the November 2024 finale.
And before Joey, Dancing with the Stars had featured Charity Lawson, who placed fourth on Dancing with the Stars' 32nd season with pro partner Artem Chigvintsev.
The Bachelorette's Season 19 star Gabby Windey also competed on Season 31 of Dancing with the Stars, and she placed second.
And Kaitlyn Bristowe memorably won Dancing with the Stars' 29th season, right after Hannah Brown was crowned champion of the reality dancing competition's 28th season.
Prior to Joey's victory, former The Bachelor stars didn't have a history of making it far in the Dancing with the Stars competition.
