"No easy way to say this and, honestly, I'm super bummed but -- you can tell that I'm hurt," Brandon began in his video, with his arm in a sling.

"I've been dealing with a little problem in my elbow for awhile, and then a few shows ago, I was doing a little thing and it just went south."

Brandon went on to reveal, "Long story short, I have a broken elbow. I broke a bone in my elbow. It could be a lot worse, but it could obviously be a lot better."

Brandon said doctors had advised him to return home and have a follow-up appointment, which would be his next step to "getting healthy again."

The pro dancer and choreographer expressed disappointment in his inability to continue with the show.

"I remember when I was first on the show, I didn't get the opportunity to go on tour," Brandon recalled.

"And I saw my friends going out and performing live, but really getting to meet you guys every night, and I wanted that so bad. I wanted to be able to meet you guys and interact with you."

Brandon therefore admitted that leaving the tour early, especially when they're "so close" to the end, has been "so hard" for him to "accept."

"I'm going to miss you guys," Brandon said, speaking directly to Dancing with the Stars fans.

"I think that's what is the hardest part for me, but the good news is, me going home a little bit early is going to allow me to get healthy sooner."

Brandon teased that he's looking forward to meeting fans at Dancing with the Stars Con 2026 this summer.

"I cannot wait to come out and see you guys at [DWTS] Con. I can't wait to come out there, dance for you guys... Thank you so much for the well wishes, the prayers and the thoughts. [They] honestly go a mile," he shared.

"I can't wait to see you at the end of the summer and hopefully at the next tour!"

Dancing with the Stars Con 2026, which will include a live show and celebrity appearances, will be taking place from Friday, July 31 to Sunday, August 2 at Acrisure Arena in Palm Springs, CA.

Brandon received a lot of support from his Dancing with the Stars family in the comments of his post -- including from his wife Brylee Ivers and fellow DWTS pro Alan Bersten, who wrote, "Love you so much bro. Recover fast. We will see you soon."

Fans also took an opportunity to make light of Brandon's grim situation by jokingly calling him "Brandon Arm-not-so-strong" and "Brandon Armgone" in the comments.

"Yall really kicking a man when he's down huh? [Eyes and laughing crying emojis]," he replied.

Brandon joined Dancing with the Stars' Troupe for Season 24, and he danced with the Troupe through Season 26.
