The 33-year-old "Flip or Flop" star was interviewed by the Department of Children and Family Services after 21-month-old son Brayden fell into her pool, according to TMZ.

Sources said Brayden was under his nanny's care Monday when the incident occurred.

The caretaker quickly retrieved Brayden, but El Moussa took her son to the hospital as a precaution after her return home.

"Christina just wanted to be overly cautious," an insider told "Entertainment Tonight."

Children and Family Services determined no action was necessary after speaking to El Moussa. People reported Brayden checked out fine at the hospital, and is recovering well in the wake of the incident.

"[He] is doing great and is happy and laughing as usual," a source said.

El Moussa shares Brayden and 6-year-old daughter Taylor with estranged husband and "Flip or Flop" co-star Tarek El Moussa.
