Bruce Jenner reportedly recently underwent surgery to remove skin cancer on his nose.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star went under the knife on Monday to remove a chunk of tissue from his nose that was cancerous, TMZ reported.

Family sources told the website that Jenner was patched up from the surgery with 30 stitches.

The fair-skinned former Olympic athlete should be fine but "will probably have a big scar on his nose," according to the sources.

Jenner, who reportedly got the skin cancer from sun damage, has been spotted around Calabasas, LA, this week sporting a big bandage on his nose.

Jenner underwent a similar operation last year when cancerous tissue was found on the side of his face near his ear. Doctors allegedly warned him at the time to wear more sunscreen.
