Bravo has revealed the hosts and judging panel for Work of Art: The Next Great Artist, a new Project Runway-like reality competition series for aspiring artists that is being produced by Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker.

Work of Art: The Next Great Artist will be helmed by art enthusiast China Chow and art auctioneer Simon de Pury.

Chow and de Pury will also serve as judges along with New York Gallery owner and literary art contributor Bill Powers, New York magazine art critic Jerry Saltz, and Salon94 gallery owner and curator Jeanne Greenberg Rohatyn.

Work of Art: The Next Great Artist will follow 14 aspiring artists as they compete in art-themed challenges from a range of disciplines -- including sculpture, painting, photography and industrial design. The contestants will also complete works of art that will be appraised by the aforementioned panel.

The eventual winner will receive a cash prize and a solo gallery show at a nationally recognized museum.

Bravo first announced it was developing the show in July 2008 after Parker's Pretty Matches production company had already previously begun developing it with Project Runway's former Magical Elves production company and former Miramax Television executive Eli Holzman in January 2008.

The network subsequently ordered the series last April under the working title American Artists and began casting last summer.

Work of Art: The Next Great Artist is currently slated to debut in June.
