Bravo has revealed the identities of the 14 aspiring artists competing on Work of Art: The Next Great Artist, a new Project Runway-like reality competition series produced by Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker that will premiere on Wednesday, June 9 at 11PM ET/PT.

Work of Art: The Next Great Artist will follow the 14 aspiring artists as they compete in art-themed challenges from a range of disciplines -- including sculpture, painting, photography and industrial design.

The contestants will also complete works of art that will be appraised by art enthusiast China Chow, New York Gallery owner and literary art contributor Bill Powers, New York magazine art critic Jerry Saltz, Salon94 gallery owner and curator Jeanne Greenberg Rohatyn, and several guest judges including mix-media artist Jon Kessler, photographer Andres Serrano and realistic painter Richard Phillips.

The winner will receive a solo show at the Brooklyn Museum and a $100,000 cash prize.

Chow will also serve as host of the series, with art auctioneer Simon de Pury mentoring the contestants.

Bravo first announced it was working on the show in July 2008 after Parker's Pretty Matches production company had already previously begun developing it with Project Runway's former Magical Elves production company and producer Eli Holzman in January 2008.

The network subsequently ordered the series last April under the working title American Artists and began casting last summer.
