Blakeley Shea and Tony Pieper have joined former The Bachelor couple Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson and The Bachelorette couple Emily Maynard and Jef Holm in Splitsville.

Shea and Pieper -- who began dating on this summer's third season of Bachelor Pad and got engaged on the reality competition's finale -- have announced they have ended their relationship.

"This didn't end the way I wanted it to," Pieper told People. "I thought Blakeley was the love of my life."

Pieper, a 30-year-old lumber trader from Portland, OR, had proposed to Shea -- and she had accepted -- during Bachelor Pad's third-season finale, which was filmed in early September and had aired on September 10.

Shortly thereafter, Shea, a 34-year-old aesthetician from Charlotte, NC, relocated to Portland and moved-in with Pieper and his young son Taylor.

"It was like a fairy tale at first when we were on the show and afterward," Pieper told People.

"It was like a vacation -- we were in the honeymoon stage. Then when she moved here, it was really difficult for both of us. Blakeley had to start over a new life -- there were so many stresses. The honeymoon stage drifted away. We were both going through the motions and we weren't as happy as we could have been. It was a mutual decision [to end our relationship]."

According to Pieper, the pair sought help before calling it quits.

"We had a counseling session," he told People.

Shea has reportedly returned to Charlotte.

"I really hope we'll stay friends," Pieper said. "Right now, it's really hard. But I'll always love her."

Shea and Pieper are the third The Bachelor franchise couple to end their engagement and split this month.  Flajnik and Robertson announced their split on October 5 and were followed by Maynard and Holm on October 16.  Be careful Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum -- there's still nine days left in October!
