Bretherton was arrested a year ago after police allegedly caught him with synthetic marijuana and a smoking device.

He pleaded guilty Friday to drug possession and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, but he will not have to spend time behind bars if he pays a $500 fine, completes four 8-hour days of community service, undergoes substance-abuse evaluations and stays away from drugs and alcohol, TMZ reported.

"Billy the Exterminator" is about a pest-control expert living and working in Benton, La.
