American Idol's Season 11 finalist Colton Dixon has tied the knot with fiancee Annie Coggeshall.

"Married my best friend last night," Dixon captioned a cute Instagram photo of the newlyweds on Saturday. "I love you @anniecog. What a great night with family and friends!"
While Coggeshall wrote on Instagram the wedding was "a dream come true," Dixon also tweeted, "So... I most definitely did not ugly cry 4 1/2 times last night... Nope. #coltannwedding."
The bride wore a strapless wedding gown which featured a ruffled skirt, while Dixon sported platinum-blonde hair and a traditional black tuxedo with a bow tie.
The couple took off on their honeymoon to Tahiti the day after the wedding.
Dixon and Coggeshall, 27, reportedly got engaged in September 2015 at Walt Disney World in Florida.
Dixon and his sister Schyler auditioned for American Idol's tenth season but failed to make the cut. They both returned to Season 11 in 2012. While Schyler got eliminated in the Las Vegas round, Dixon -- whom the judges egged on to audition in the first place when he was only there to support his sibling -- went on to finish the competition in seventh place.
Schyler captioned a photo on Instagram of her new sister-in-law writing, "Beautiful bride."
