Vienna Girardi has gone under the knife.

According to Girardi, she underwent the rhinoplasty procedure on July 15 and it was performed by Dr. Franklin Rose -- the father of Erica Rose, the former ninth-season The Bachelor bachelorette who competed alongside Girardi when Bachelor Pad's upcoming second season was filmed last month.
"It has only been a few days since my surgery and I'm in a ton of pain but the excitement of seeing my new nose soon is keeping me in good spirits," Girardi told Us about the procedure.
"Sometimes our beauty is seen differently from within ourselves than what reflects in society's mirror... I went through life questioning myself in the mirror, but my reflection smiles now... If it makes you feel better about yourself, then I say do it."
Girardi got engaged to Jake Pavelka during The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love's finale, which aired in March 2010 and was filmed the prior fall.
However, the couple split three months later and engaged in a bitter mud-slinging "he said, she said" battle in the press afterwards, leading to a heavily-promoted joint interview with host Chris Harrison which aired during Ali Fedotowsky's season of The Bachelorette last summer.
Girardi is currently dating Kasey Kahl -- who is best remembered for a pledge to "guard and protect" Fedotowsky's heart during her The Bachelorette edition -- and Pavelka, Girardi and Kahl will all be among the 18 former The Bachelor and The Bachelorette contestants competing on Bachelor Pad's second season when it premieres Monday, August 8 at 8PM ET/PT.
Girardi is reportedly currently recuperating from her surgery in Los Angeles.
"I have my wonderful boyfriend Kasey Kahl here taking care of me and my girlfriend Erica Rose," she told Us.
